Learn More about TruTalents

TruTalents are eight talent or skill areas that are critical for career success.  The eight areas were derived by analyzing many surveys of employers asking what qualities they were looking for when hiring, retaining and promoting workers. Different jobs require unique combinations of these TruTalents. There are similarities between TruTalents and soft skills, workplace skills, and transferable skills.
